FANTASLOOK RETURN POLICY

1.Return Window

Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date.

Final Sale Items: Marked as “FINAL SALE”, non-returnable.

2. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must:

✓ Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

✓ In original packaging with no odors (e.g., perfume, smoke)

✓ Include proof of purchase (order number/email)

3. How to Return

Step 1 Submit a return request online → [Return Request Form]
Step 2 Pack items securely with the ​prepaid return label we email you.
Step 3 Drop off at any USPS location.

Refund Processing

Timing: Refunds issued within ​5 business days after receiving returns.

Method: Refund to original payment. 

5. Exceptions

We may refuse returns if:

❌ Garments show wear, stains, or alterations

❌ Intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear, lingerie) for hygiene reasons

6. Damaged/Wrong Items

Contact us within ​7 days at support@fantaslook.com with:

✓ Photos of damaged areas/wrong items

✓ Packaging and shipping label images

We will reship or refund immediately.

Customized/personalized
